Context
Crianex needed an administration platform and a bilingual showcase for its software company. The work was developed by a team and delivered to a real client.
The problem
The product had to combine an institutional presence with administrative operations without creating two disconnected systems. That required aligning the scope with the client and delivering incrementally.
My contribution
I took part in requirements discovery with the client and in product implementation. The team organised development with FDD and Kanban, using SvelteKit on the frontend and PostgreSQL with Supabase for data.
My work accounts for 66 commits in the project repository.
Result
The platform was shipped to production on Render. Beyond the code, the project provided practical experience in requirements discovery, teamwork and delivery with an active client.
